En primer lugar se alimentar\u00e1 con 24Vdc, seguidamente tendremos entradas digitales de 24Vdc, adicionalmente tambien se contar\u00e1 con 2 entradas anal\u00f3gicas de 0-10V ya en la parte inferior tendremos 6 salidas a relays, por si fuera poco tambien contaremos con 3 salidas pwm de 0-10V. Por otro lado\u00a0 se ha integrado un puerto usb de tipo C, esto para poder subir un programa al controlador. Luego tambien tenemos integrado el reloj de tiempo real. Finalmente pero no menos importante contamos con la comunicaci\u00f3n rs485. Cabe mencionar que este controlador est\u00e1 inspirado en los controladores logo de siemens. Y bien, te gustar\u00eda saber c\u00f3mo se hizo este controlador, desde la creaci\u00f3n\u00a0 del esquem\u00e1tico electr\u00f3nico, la creaci\u00f3n\u00a0 de la tarjeta pcb y la creaci\u00f3n\u00a0 de la carcasa? Empecemos viendo la primera capa, aqu\u00ed se encuentran las 6 entradas digitales de 24V y cada entrada tiene su protecci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de optoacopladores y luego un\u00a0 inversor\u00a0 de se\u00f1al que a su vez nos sirve de filtrar voltajes no deseados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Luego tenemos dos entradas anal\u00f3gicas de 0-10V, para aislar estas entradas hemos usador el famoso amplificador operacional lm358, luego hemos usado este arreglo de resistencias para obtener un rango de voltaje entre 0 y 5V que es lo acepta el microcontrolador y para proteger de un exceso de voltaje se ha usado un diodo zener de 5.1V, con este nos aseguramos de que no ingrese un voltaje superior a 5.1V.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado tenemos la parte de las salidas a relay, estos relays\u00a0 son muy peque\u00f1os de un solo contacto normalmente abierto,\u00a0 de tal manera esto nos permite reducir el tama\u00f1o del dise\u00f1o pcb, y bueno cada uno de estos est\u00e1n controlados por un transistor de tipo NPN.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y finalmente tenemos la parte de la fuente de alimentaci\u00f3n. Cuyo suministro general es de 24V, luego tenemos un regulador step down de 12V, este voltaje nos servir\u00e1 para las entradas anal\u00f3gicas de 10V y para las salidas de PWM, Luego tenemos un regulador step down de 5V para alimentar la parte de control. Especialmente cuando se quiere programar desde el IDE de arduino.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">finalmente para quemar el bootloader se tendr\u00e1 que realizar a trav\u00e9s de los pines ISP, que pr\u00e1cticamente ser\u00edan los pines [(MOSI=PIN 11) (MISO = PIN 12) (SCK=PIN 13) (Slave=PIN 10)].
